The materials are first rate. The case is essentially as advertised and easy to use. The only thin I would change is that the leather tongue would be on the back, not the front, cover.

This is a really great case. Once you figure out the "stand" it gets quite functional. Good protection, looks great and is functional.

I'm not sure what the negative reviewers are writing about because I love this case. I got it for my iPad about a month ago (ordered 16 Jun) and have had absolutely no problems with it. I think the quality is good, it's nice soft Napa leather, the stitching is very good, and I find the case very usable. It's easy to put my iPad in or take it out, I can charge it with the case on, and it offers a lot of protection. In fact, my only gripe, and it's minor, is that the edge of the case around the screen completely covers the screen's black border. As a result, it occasionally interferes with touching screen items at the very edge of the case. For example, if I am trying to rearrange icons on my screen and want to move one to the next screen, I run into problems when I slide my finger to the edge. Since I do not frequently have to touch the screen on it's edges, this really isn't much of a problem.
As for all the buttons, I have no problems with them. Set up as a stand and close up after use is quick and easy and the buttons are intuitive once you actually see the case. Don't let the buttons put you off as they really aren't an issue.
One other note, unrelated to the case itself. I purchased this case from (i-nique) through Amazon. They apparently are located in the UK. Despite that, they were very prompt at shipping my case through Royal Mail and into the USPS and kept me well informed during the entire process. It only took a couple days to get the case from the time I ordered. I was very pleased with the service I received and would definitely buy from them again.
Bottom line, I'm not sure who's real and who's fake here. Regardless, I actually own this case and like it very much. I have a coworker who owns the Apple case and I like mine much better.

The Good: the iPad cover looks and feels nice - soft leather. It's easy to use.
The Bad: expensive, easily double the price of other iPad covers. I decided to purchase as I wanted leather and liked the look in the online photos. Less than one month after I started using the cover, a small tear has appeared at the hinge! There is no pocket to keep up with anything other an the iPad, so it's functionality is limited. It does not live up to it's Tuff-Luv name.

Love this case! Fully adjustable angle, and nice leather. Beats the Apple case hands down!
