I can't understand all the good reviews unless it's the result of employees or hired outsiders posting bogus reviews. This product is bulky, smells of plastic and is clumsy to use. It allows the iPad to sit in the positions claimed, but that's not nearly enough to make it worth carrying around a product several times the iPAD width. This one fills my briefcase and doesn't sit right on the equipment at the gym. The Apple cover is far superior.

It's hard to tell if this case is made of genuine leather or not but the quality of the material is excellent. The suede inside the case is very soft and smooth, and the exterior finish is top-notch. The only minor gripe I have is the case feels "upside-down" when closed; the iPad will be sitting upside-down if you have the button enclosure facing up (same side as the strap). I think the intent was to avoid having the button clasp interfere with the screen when you prop up the iPad with the stand. Overall, it's a great product as a great price; HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I bought this case to protect my iPad and serve as a stand. It does both of things quite well and is an excellent value. I don't think the synthetic leather looks cheap at all.

I don't mind having synthetic leather as long as it looks nice and is a good quality. This was not a good quality case. It was cheap plastic and smelled terrible. It Also had a couple scratches. We returned it!

I am compelled to write my first review for an Amazon product because this is absolutely the worst thing I have ever purchased from the web. The quality is so poor that I would be returning it had I paid only $5.00 for it. It has virtually no padding and the ipad edges and corners are vulnerable to damage because the case is slightly smaller then the device it is supposed to protect. The tilt feature is useless because the nubs are not at a steep enough angle.
I could go on with a few more points but I think you all get the idea; don't buy this thing.
I don't know what case I will wind up with and I will update my review when I find something worthwhile.
